Life can be really tough at times, but you definitely don’t have to face it alone. It may be that you’re struggling to cope with a particular problem or recent life event, such as a relationship difficulty or a significant loss. Perhaps you’re suffering more generally with overwhelming feelings of anxiety, stress, loneliness, sadness, negativity or low self-esteem. It might also be that you want to explore a painful aspect of your past and how it’s affected you.

Whatever’s troubling you, I can support you with a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental relational space, where we can unpack what’s going on for you and work together to find ways forward that feel right for you. The process of counselling can help you gain personal insight, feel more connected to yourself and others and improve your emotional well-being.

I’m an experienced counsellor in training currently in the advanced stages of my Level 6 Counselling Diploma. As well as my private practice, I have been seeing clients for more than two years at a well-known mental health charity and in a student counselling service. I work in a Humanistic and Integrative way which means I will draw upon different approaches to meet your needs as a unique individual.

Since my training is ongoing, I’m able to offer weekly 50-minute sessions for individuals at the reduced fee of £30 and provide long-term and short-term counselling to suit your requirements.

I know it can feel daunting to reach out for help, but I welcome any enquiries or questions you may have, so please do get in touch. The first step would be a free 15-minute phone call where we can get an initial idea if counselling with me is the right choice for you.

I look forward to hearing from you.
