Introducing The Therapy Rooms…

The Therapy Rooms have been established to provide a warm, secure place for both Practitioners and Clients, to come together, meeting the therapeutic need in the Chippenham area.

EXAM STRESS – It’s that time of year…
…when many young people’s anxiety is heightened by the looming prospect of end of year exams.
This can be a difficult and challenging time not only for the young person but also their parents. Most young people and their parents can manage their anxiety (please have a look at our news section for some tips and suggestions to refer to and pass onto your children) but others might need some more focussed help.
For those needing that extra support, here, at the Therapy Rooms we have practitioners who specialise in counselling children, young people and parents.

Our rooms are tastefully furnished to create a safe, therapeutic environment lending themselves to individual, couples and family therapy.

The location is close to the town centre and transport links with plenty of free parking and competitively priced with flexible booking arrangements.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

Why Choose Counselling?

Everybody feels down from time to time, when it becomes so overwhelming that we cannot deal with it on our own it may help to talk to a counsellor. This will enable you to talk privately and confidentially about your experiences and feelings.

Counselling aims to bring about empowerment so that we can make the right choices for ourselves rather than being influenced by the outside world. It helps us to explore deep seated fears and anxieties, to gain understanding, increase self-esteem and confidence so that we can live life more fully.

We work with adults, young people and children, providing individual, couples counselling, play therapy and parenting courses.  Other services include supervision for the counselling and helping professions.

To meet our practitioners and find out more about the services they offer, see our practitioner page.

All practitioners have provided evidence of their professional qualifications, and are fully insured.  Practitioners are also committed to continual professional and personal development in-line with their awarding body guidelines to enhance the services they provide.  For more information please contact the individual practitioner.
