About Me

I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I have worked with individual adults and young people aged 11-18 for over 10 years, adhering to the BACP’s Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I work from The Therapy Rooms in Chippenham, and for Relate as a Supervisor of Children and Young People’s counsellors.

How I can Help You

There are many reasons why someone might seek counselling. Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, low, anxious or stuck are some examples. Bereavement, anger, bullying, exams, relationships or wanting to explore past experiences, might also mean you to want to talk things through.

I offer a, warm, non-judgemental, safe space to explore challenging emotions or problems you may be experiencing. My training in Humanistic and Integrative counselling means that I value and work with our therapeutic relationship to create the safe space needed to explore those difficult feelings, supporting you to find your own understanding and healing process. I believe everybody has the resources within themselves to make positive change, even in the darkest times.

Please call or email me if you would like to discuss setting up an initial consultation, so that we can work out if counselling with me is the right choice for you. If you are aged 11-18 and don’t want to contact me yourself, you can ask a parent/carer or other adult to help you.

Schools/SENCO’s/Parents and Carers:

I am happy to receive referrals from schools, parents or carers, please get in touch to discuss further.
