Information about my practice:

Are you facing challenges in your life that feel overwhelming? Would you like to change how things are, gain a better understanding of what is going on for you or talk to someone about what you are experiencing?

You may be struggling with a lack of meaning, shame, loneliness or social anxiety. Perhaps what you are experiencing is due to a relationship, something to do with your job or studies, a bereavement or other loss, or something less definable – maybe just a sense that something is not right for you.

Whatever your difficulty is, and no matter how big or small it seems to be, by looking for therapy, you are taking a positive step in your life.

I am here to help you, as a registered person-centred counsellor, I will help you to understand what is going on for you with empathy and non-judgement.

Bringing aspects of your experience into awareness with compassion and acceptance creates the space for healing and moving forward in a direction that is positive for you. Speaking from personal experience, positive change can come about through this process and seemingly insurmountable challenges can be overcome.

I have also received training as an integrated therapist, which opens up a range of therapy techniques that, depending on your goals and preferences, we can use together to help you achieve what you are looking for.

I understand that finding the right therapist for you is key to the success of any therapy  – and I offer a free initial 15 minute phone call so you can ask any initial questions and we can get to know each other a bit before we agree to see each other, either in person or online.

My fees are £45 for a 50 minute session.

I also offer concessionary rates (£35) to students, unemployed, anyone on a low income – please ask me about this if you would like these rates.
