Transactional Analysis Counsellor, Couples Therapist in Training
Counselling is a powerful tool for self-discovery. Together, we can work to understand what’s holding you back and find new ways to navigate life with more clarity and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or simply want to understand yourself better—you are welcome here. Counselling can help you understand why you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed—and support you in building the tools to move forward and I offer sessions for individuals and couples counselling, providing a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years working in corporate roles. But throughout my life, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—what motivates them, how they think and feel, and how this impacts their relationships and wellbeing. That lifelong interest led me to discover Transactional Analysis (TA) and ultimately retrain as a TA Counsellor. I also have additional training in working with Autistic and ADHD clients, and I offer support in a neuro-affirming way—respecting and embracing neurodiversity.
Now, I run my own private practice, supporting individuals and couples through a range of emotional and mental health challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that change is possible for everyone.
Advanced Training: I am currently undertaking training for my Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) qualification and also looking to complete my Certification in Couples Therapy by the end of 2025. Whilst continuing my Couples Therapy qualification, I am very happy to offer a reduced rate for couples of £60 a session.
Some of the issues I have experience of and can support you with (but am not limited to) are:
Anxiety and depression
Difficulties in relationships (couples, separation, divorce, step families)
Eating disorders
Neurodivergence
OCD
Personal Growth
Trauma
Work related stress.
