I am a Chartered Psychologist and Neurodiversity Specialist, working with adults and young people aged 17+. I have experience supporting a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety/stress, depression, long-term physical health conditions (such as Long Covid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, weight management, pre- and post-bariatric surgery), and neurodiversity.

In addition to therapy, I offer coaching, including neurodiversity and Access to Work coaching, helping clients to understand their strengths, manage challenges, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy—tailoring these to each client’s circumstances and goals.

I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (registration number PYL32082).
